ABOUT

Born and raised in Santa Monica, CA, Sachi Rose Pollard has been playing with flowers since she was a toddler, but it wasn't until 2009 that she realized her calling. Having graduated from The Art Institute of Chicago she returned to LA to pursue a career in the gallery world, but instead ended up working at a small flower shop. What began as a job to make ends meet quickly transformed into passion with the realization that flowers could be used, just like paint, as a means of expression.

Eventually Sachi moved to New York City to broaden her design skills, and hit the ground running in 2013 when she started her own company. Sachi Rose Floral Design, whose signature style is akin to a Dutch Still life painting circa 1600, is best described as bountiful, luxurious, organic and wild.

"I love trailing vines, textural berries, twisted tulips, and all things perfectly imperfect".

Since then, Sachi has lectured alongside Martha Stewart at the NewPort Flower Show, designed beautiful large-scale weddings and events, and has taught classes nationwide.

Today, she lives in New Jersey with her husband Jon and their menagerie of animals, and she continues to create flower magic in the New York area, and anywhere else her services are requested.
